WINTER ACADEMY TRAINING LEAGUE- Registration now open!
If you are looking for an additional training opportunity to stay in volleyball shape then come out ant train with us for our 6 week Academy Training Leagues. These are opportunites to practice and play in a team and club environmen and our WINTER SESSION starts in December. Our Spring Session will run February to March and the next session will run mid March to April.
The details for the WINTER ACADEMY TRAINING are below:
Join us for our WINTER ATL 6 week training program for athletes ages 12-18U boys and girls, that want to get extra touches, work on new skills, and stay in volleyball shape in the off season. Program cost is $600, includes 2 weekly practices on Thursdays 415-530pm and Fridays 415-530pm. During the 6 weeks athletes also play in 1 tournament play date on January 11th and 12th in our WINTER MINI TOURNAMENT. First practice date is Thursday December 5th, 2024 from 415-530pm and ends January 17th, 2025. Practice days are 12/5, 12/6, 12/12, 12/13, 12/19, 12/20, then we are off for the Christmas holiday from 12/23-1/1. Practices resume 1/2, 1/3, 1/9, 1/10, 1/14 and 1/17. 2024-2025 Tryouts
Want to join us for our 2024-2025 CLUB SEASON?
Club Tryouts have started and most of our teams are full! We do have a few spots open on 17 National and 18 National, there are 2 spots open for Middle Blockers or Strong PIN hitters only!! We have one spot open on 15 Regional for a Middle Blocker or Outside Hitter. We have 2 spots open on our 12 Local 2’s team and are currently filling all positions on our Lil Cacti 10U team (ages 8U-10U). Please contact Coach Nia to set up a tryout session at 505-850-6244.

NM Cactus Volleyball Club
Welcome to the NM Cactus Volleyball Club 2024-2025 club season. This is our 17th official season as a juniors program of USA Volleyball and we are excited about the upcoming year. NM Cactus VBC is a non-profit organization that was started in 2007 to help develop and promote the competitive sport of volleyball for athletes ages 8-18. The goal of the program is to teach young female athletes discipline and good sportsmanship, while enhancing their self esteem in a safe and fun environment. If your personal goal is to make your middle school or high school team, we can teach you the skills you need. If your goal is to play at the Collegiate level, we have helped 26 athletes in the past 16 years achieve their dream of playing at the college level. The success of our club revolves around athletes that have high expectations, and a strong work ethic along with our highly trained and committed coaching staff.
Based in Albuquerque, we serve the local area and surrounding cities. We have had athletes that have played with our club from Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Belen, Los Lunas, Bernalillo, Los Alamos and Estancia. We also have athletes that represent the Pueblos of Sandia and Isleta.
